　　123B.22 Combination to control prices.

　　If at any time any publisher shall enter into any

　　understanding, agreement, or combination to control the prices

　　or to restrict competition in the adoption or sale of school

　　books, each and every contract made by the publisher shall

　　thereupon become null and void at the option of the other

　　parties thereto.
